A tour to the rice fields - from the rice growing to harvest of Chinese rice in China

Everything is still manual, we use sickles, two arms and two shoulders. The machine is not used because of its high cost share and secondly the complexity of the geographic terrain. Indeed, a rice is often very small, to run a tractor or a harvester requires a wide plain, which is not the case. Work is very hard, it hurt our back at the end of the day and time of harvest lasts about two weeks! But the smile of the husband is still brilliant, the joy of the fruits of their labor. His wife remains highly concentrated in her work.
